34105, 34106. 34108 and 34109. Minimum rental must total at least $75 for free
delivery. Includes Olde Naples, Central Naples, Vanderbilt Beach, Pine Ridge, Naples
Park, Pelican Bay, Pelican Marsh, Port Royal, Moorings, parts of North Naples, parts of
East Naples.
$5 Delivery Charge Area
Applies to delivery locations: 34110, 34112, 34113, 34116, 34119. Delivery charges are
each way. Also for deliveries that do not meet $75 rental minimum for zip codes
34101, 34102, 34103, 34104, 34105, 34106, 34108, 34109. Includes North Naples, East
Naples, Golden Gate City, Lely.
$10 Delivery Charge Area

DELIVERY
* Deliveries require advance reservations with at least 24 hours notice and will require a
2 hour delivery window. Delivery windows are scheduled in advance. We can call just
prior to delivery by request.
* Delivery and pick up may be scheduled and made to a safe and secure front porch and
you do not need to be present (crib assembly may not be possible with this option)
* Delivery and pick up can be made to Hotel and Resort Bell Hops or Concierges without
you present.
* Each additional trip will require an additional delivery fee.
* No-show charge of $15 is applied if no one is present for scheduled delivery or pick-up
times that require access inside, or if items are not left on front porch by designated
times.
* We deliver 7 days a week. We do not deliver on certain holidays.
FAIR & EASY PAYMENT
* A credit card on file (VISA or MASTERCARD ONLY) is required for reservation.
* Rentals picked up from the store can be paid by cash, credit or debit of choice on the
start date of the rental.
* Rentals delivered will be charged to the credit or debit card on file on the start date of
the rental.
* Credit cards are not charged until the actual start date of the rental
* No advance payment or deposit is required.
CRIBS - Ones we put our own children in everyday
* Full size cribs do require set up, but are very easy to assemble in less than 10 minutes,
no tools are required and all instructions are provided.
* Full Size Crib assembly can be done by delivery driver (for assembly and for
disassembly) for a $10 assembly fee.
* Standard full size cribs and Port-a-cribs include a bumper and sheet at no charge.
Toddler bed rentals include a fitted sheet. Mattresses are always included.

* We guarantee that our rental rates are the lowest in town, and we will meet and beat
any rental rate quote from any other rental company that serves the Naples, FL area. Just
provide us their quote.
* There is no minimum number of days required for a rental. You can rent an item for just
1 day if you like!
* Rental Rates are based upon calendar days, regardless of pick up or delivery times.
Daily Rate = 1 Day. Weekly Rate = 7 Days, 6 Nights.
ITEM SAFETY, CLEANLINESS & QUALITY
* We clean and disinfect our items with Clorox brand disinfecting wipes that kill 99.9% of
all Germs, and launder linens in Free & Clear (no dyes or perfumes) detergent and fabric
softener.
* We safety check all items. We do not rent out any item that does not meet current safety
standards or are recalled. All gear is JPMA certified.
* We buy our rental gear NEW, (car seats, cribs, high chairs, boosters, etc.) and quickly
sell them in our store before they get old. Most of our rental items are used less than a
dozen times before being replaced. We are proud to have the newest inventory of baby
rental gear in town.
* Renters are responsible for the proper use and/or installation of all rental gear, and
Twinkle Twinkle Little Store is not responsible for any misuse.
* Any rental gear defects are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, and Twinkle
Twinkle Little Store is not responsible for any defective gear.
* Rental items are required to be returned clean. Any item returned that is not clean is
subject to a $25 cleaning fee.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
* At least 24 hours notice is required for any changes or additions to rental reservation.
Extensions of rentals are welcome, just call to inform us of your new dates.
* Changes in rental items with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 1 day rental
charge for each of the cancelled/changed item(s).
* 24 hours notice is required for full cancellations, or a $25 charge will be applied to
credit card on file.
RETURNS & PURCHASE
* If you enjoyed your rental item, you are welcome to purchase them for the resale price
that we sell our items in our store. We are able to discount your purchase total by 50% of
your rental cost of the particular item you are buying. Please mention this discount when
purchasing your item.
* Rental Items not returned after 3 days of the scheduled return date and without
contacting Twinkle Twinkle Little Store of an extension will have their full retail value
charged to the credit card on file.
* Rental Items that are damaged or missing parts will have their full retail value charged
to the credit card on file.
* Rental Items are available for purchase at the additional purchase price of full retail
